El Carmen
El Carmen is a well maintained, residential area consisting of both single family homes and small condo buildings centered around a gorgeous park with spanish style fountain, many mature trees and large playground ideal for children. El Carmen has been a favorite area for wealthy and middle class Panamanians for many years, it is centrally located and is home to several very elite private schools, and within walking distance of supermarkets, pharmacies, and many other businesses and amenities. El Carmen is a quiet area, with limited traffic specially considering its central location within Panama City.
